How to Copy Complete Worksheet from One Excel File to an other Excel in Office

This will make an exact copy of your worksheet including all formatting

Select the sheet tab you want to copy and right click on it
choose "Move or copy" from the window
At the top, choose the workbook you want to make a copy to
At the bottom of the window check the "make a copy" box
then choose the sheet to copy
